Return Policy
Although we work hard to keep our customers satisfied returns are inevitable; If for any reason you want to return product, it’s at “Blessed Butter by Bevelyn’ s discretion to allow for the return of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase within the following guidelines:
• Prior approval is required for ALL returns
• Proof of purchase required (your receipt)
• Returns will be based on the original form of payment; in other words if you paid by credit card, the refund will go back on that specific credit card, if through pay pal, your pay pal account will be credited.
• Returns will be processed between 7-14 days from the time product is received back
• Shipping charges will only be refunded if product is defective or damaged
